Wed. Weigh in...

Shit... I gained 1.5 lbs... I am not getting upset, i am not giving up... . I am telling myself it is water weight... It could be right?

I KNOW I am moving in the right direction... I can not give up...

After I hopped off of the scale this morning... I have been giving myself pep talks...the worst thing I can do is to give up RIGHT? Even if I can manage a 2 lbs weight loss a week...(I will have to have a BIG loss next week) I would be at my goal weight by summertime. Slow & steady...

I have pretty much giving up on the 10 lbs by next week...I am going to have to make due with NOT LOVING myself in my dress next week.... But this will be the LAST CHRISTMAS PARTY I go to FAT... On the bright side at least Aunt Flo will be gone next week before the party & my HUGE GUT should be a little smaller....

Chin UP...& off to walk. POSITIVE THOUGHTS...

Don't forget to take the time of month and what clothes you're wearing into the equation. I try to weigh myself only once a month on the same day at teh same time of day.

Plus with all the walking you're doing you're probably putting on muscle. :) :)

Hey! Thanks for the comment in my blog! Always nice to find new blogs. I am not very competent on the computer but I'm slowly learning!
I admire your attempt at weight loss, it's probably the hardest thing in the world to do, losing weight. I shouldn't admit it but I was on the Scandinavian Biggest Loser show and I lost A LOT...you'd never know it by my blog, but you guessed it, the weight came back on..those shows are great to inspire, but very unrealistic. When the cameras were turned off, the day to day was still there, the problems that made you overweight don't disappear in six months. But I learned a lot and when I am mentally ready to use what I learned I know I can do it, but right now I struggle...can you relate? And it's Christmas and I love to bake...ugh...bad combo...

you need to consider where you are in your cycle (water retention) and how you drank the day before, when you weigh yourself. Drink lots so you flush out all retained water and dont be too discouraged. Next week you may have a loss that makes up for this week too!!

Absolutely drink water. And when you think you've drunk enough, drink some more. There are sites that help you calculate how much water you should be drinking. Mine is around 3 liters and I am lucky to get 2 in a day.
